PUBLIC NOTICE
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK (CDBG) FUNDS ON THE 2010 CONSOLIDATED ANNUAL PERFORMANCE AND EVALUTATION REPORT (CAPER)
In accordance with U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development regulations governing the Community Block Grant (CDBG) Program, the County of Essex hereby notifies the public of its intent to make the 2010 CAPER available for review.  Citizens of Essex County are invited to review the CAPER which is the Essex County Division of Housing and Community Development’s annual report to the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development for the Community Development Block Grant Program, Emergency, Shelter Grant Program and HOME Investment Partnership Program.  A draft copy of the CAPER will be made available for public comment on the County’s website at www.essex-countynj.org or a hard copy can be obtained at the office of Housing Community Development located at 20 Crestmont Road, Verona, New Jersey 07044 between the hours of 9:00 A.M and 1:00 P.M. prior to its submission to the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development on or about September 30, 2011.
